Wake Up


“Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise” – Ben Franklin.
Waking up early is one of the most difficult step to do. Exactly when being tired all the day and need a rest of relaxation. But nowadays sleeping is exceeding the normal stage. So it's important to shed the light on few benefits of waking up early, and other disadvantages that can be the consequence of this extra sleeping. In addition tho that I'm going to highlight few tips that can help us in regulation our alarm system.
 
The benefits of sleeping are wide, and they really influence the harmony of your day, because of that It's nice to start your day with a thankful sight. Dalai Lama, inspired me through this say ” Everyday, think as you wake up, ‘today I am fortunate to have woken up, I am alive, I have a precious human life, I am not going to waste it. I am going to use all my energies to develop myself, to expand my heart out to others, to achieve enlightenment for the benefit of all beings, I am going to have kind thoughts towards others, I am not going to get angry or think badly about others, I am going to benefit others as much as I can.’" and upon starting with such a will, for sure it will reflect on you're way of living. Moreover, It's really amazing to wake up early to observe the sunrise, how wonderful is this scene, with a cup of coffee and your lovely family. Not only that but also, waking earlier will give you the chance to take breakfast, knowing that breakfast is the most important meal that gives your body a special energy that will make your day active. In addition to that, it gives us the time to organize our days, plan what's going to happen and get ready to focus with no laziness.
 
Waking up earlier is not hard, it can be achieved through following a routine for a period of time, until the brain alarm become organized and addicted to waking up early. so in order to achieve success, you have to follow different tips that i feel they're very important. First, don't drink coffee, and caffeine drinks before heading to bed. Second, make sure to head up early to bed, so that sleeping earlier may make it easier to wake up. Third, plan it before, make sure you choose the work to be done for the next day, this will strengthen the purpose-built of waking earlier. Fourth, putting your alarm to wake your up before at least-known 30 minutes of what u expect, and it's essentials to pay attention to a majors pointed is thatcher your never SNOOZE it.  Never use the statement I'll wake after 5 minutes, make sure that when he alarm rings you jump out of your bed.  

Finally it's essential to make the extra time, an advantage to use for your day. It's not easy, but possible. through the will and the courage am sure the process will be easy, but for sure it needs time to be achieved, so NEVER GIVE UP.

    very much nice quot, i always hope to apply it but unfortunately i didn't. although when i wake up early i feel the value of my day, but when i wake up late i feel that my day pass very quickly without doing any thing.

  2. Right,some people don't really know what they miss when they wake up late. They miss the most beautiful scene of the day, sun rise. Another thing is that anything that you do early in the morning has a special meaning, whether it is sports, or some kind of physical or mental work. Your whole day will have a very unique meaning. If you are a teacher, try to wake up in order to correct the exams early in the morning, believe me it is much less tiring than any other time of the day.

Not only the teachers have career success and higher wages but also,the students benefited from waking up early since the researches proved that the students who identified as morning people earned significantly higher grades and they are more likely to anticipate problems and become more proactive and which have linked with better job performance ,so rising before the sun is more than just a personal bonus-it's an edge in a cutthroat cooperate environment.

  4. thanks for the information but really when a person is tired waking up from the bed is difficult but, but in my opinion the special time for walking up is 5:00 morning to be more active what ever the person is tired

  5. Very interesting information about sleeping and waking up early! I like that one should not use the snooze button, because once you use it once, you keep using it all the time, and then 5minutes, turns into 30mins of waking up later!

  6. Nice information Manoubi:)I really like to wake up early.Days now go very fast so i feel the day is longer when i wake up early.
    As for breakfast you should tell your self about it;) and i wish that we all can one day see the sunrise together but with a cup of nescafe not coffee :P

  7. Nice information about sleeping I like the quote of Ben Franklin a lot and i agree with him since when we wake up at early we can do a lot of things early such as sports that it will help us in order to be active all the day.
